The screen also has an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz for super smooth browsing and scrolling. In terms of performance, the S21 Ultra is powered by the Exynos 2100 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, depending on the market. It comes with 12 or 16 GB of RAM and different internal storage options ranging from 128 GB to 512 GB. The camera is one of the standout features of the S21 Ultra. It has a quad rear camera system with two 10-megapixel telephoto lenses (3x and 10x optical zoom), a large 108-megapixel main sensor and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle.
