Design Benimaru Shinmon A3
Shinmon Benimaru is the captain of the 7th Fire Force Brigade. It is the only hybrid fire engine in the world. This is because he has 3rd generation incendiary and 2nd generation control powers. He can therefore manufacture and manipulate the flames as he wishes. When he fights a Torch, he always destroys the surrounding buildings, earning him the nickname of Asakusa's King of Destruction.
