His brain is encased in a thick crystal, making it difficult for opponents to reach his weak spot. This form makes Deoxys highly resistant to damage but also slower and less agile than his other forms. Finally, in the Vitesse form, the body of Deoxys becomes aerodynamic and streamlined. His brain re-entered his body to protect him, leaving only two psychic horns visible. This form makes Deoxys incredibly fast, able to outrun even the fastest Pokémon. Regardless of its form, Deoxys is always a formidable opponent in battle!
