Deadly Addiction is a fan of manga Death Note. The image was created by Donnie. Death Note is a shōnen manga written by Tsugumi Ōba and designed by Takeshi Obata. It is pre-published in Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine from December 2003 to May 2006. On the picture we can see the angel of death crunched in the apple.
