Design Himiko toga MHA Men
Himiko Toga is a student of UA Academy and a member of the League of Villains. She is short and has long black hair which she often keeps in two braids. Himiko is obsessed with blood and often tries to get close to her enemies so she can cut them and drink their blood. However, she is able to act normal when needed and can even be quite gentle. Her Quirk is called Transformer, which allows her to transform into anyone whose blood she has drawn. This gives him their appearance, voice, and memories for up to three days after collection. Himiko is a dangerous villain who should not be underestimated.
